In Stockholm, we also participated in the construction of the Brf City mini-residential area. The concept is to build an entire smart residential area, which provides its tenants with all the necessary infrastructure in order to provide them with all the essential daily facilities at a short distance.

This model of construction and expansion of the city is a novelty in urban planning; it is considered the future model of development of large metropolises.

The experience we gained in Sweden on this project gives us a better insight into the future planning and development of business models, primarily in organizational and logistical terms.
